Delete my data

You own your shop data. You can ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it.

How to ask

1. Log in to your account on this website.
2. Open My account, then the part Your data.
3. Press Get a copy of my data, or Delete my data.

You can also send an email to support@ubity.dev from the email address of your account.

What happens next

We answer by email. Before we delete, we send you a copy of your data if you want it. We delete your account, your shop data and the online copies. The law can make us keep invoices of your payments to us for some years.

The data on your own computers stays there. Uninstall the app to remove it.
